Could this be the unicorn we’re all looking for?
Located steps from Nishikasai Station, making it super convenient. The staff? Remarkably friendly and quick to assist with requests, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The room was very cramped,, presenting real challenges for those with larger luggage. The air conditioning system was limited, leading to discomfort especially after a day out in the Tokyo heat.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. The staff helped me with town info on my first stay, making it memorable. I highly recommend enjoying the variety of breakfast options!

missingWrote a review on 11 Julshuttle servicebreakfast varietyroom size
Free shuttle bus to Disneyland saves time and does wonders for planning day trips. The Japanese breakfast buffet offers genuinely tasty options like miso mackerel and katsu curry. Western items that aren't your typical greasy fare.
Rooms are incredibly cramped, barely providing enough space to maneuver around luggage. The bathrooms are minimal, with dangerously placed towels that can easily drop into the toilet. Not to mention, the inconsistency with the shuttle bus schedule makes returning from Disney a bit of a hassle. With only enough room for the essentials, that could easily be improved for long-term stays.

Loved the hot shower and the daily room cleaning. it kept everything fresh and tidy. The only downside was the room size—definitely on the small side compared to what's pictured. I'd totally come back!

missingWrote a review on 20 Maystained roomuncomfortable heat
I was looking forward to a luxurious stay, but instead, I was nearly suffocated in a sauna-like room that could only muster a max heat of 29C—how do they expect anyone to be comfortable? The room was filled with stains, and I really expected at least a complimentary water bottle for my troubles. I just couldn't give this a good review.

The location is quite convenient, just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore nearby eateries and shops. The breakfast offered a good variety, though it may not cater to everyone's tastes, especially if you’re European. A small fridge effectively kept drinks cool, but the room felt cramped, particularly with larger luggage. Wifi connectivity was sporadic at times, so renting a pocket wifi is advisable. The staff were friendly, doing their best to assist, enhancing the overall experience.
